Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, software, and computer implemented methods for initiating a large language model (LLM) with a base prompt, the base prompt providing the LLM with a set of possible output actions, and constraining the LLM to respond with a thought response, output action, or an answer response; receiving, a natural language query; providing the natural language query to the LLM; receiving a first response from the LLM comprising a first token and a structured query; passing the structured query including the arguments to a database on behalf of the user; receiving a return from the database; generating a return token and providing the return token and the return from the database to the LLM; receiving a second response from the LLM, the second response comprising a second token indicating that the second response is an answer response; and providing the second response to the user.
