A set of stops disposed on the first portion define an alignment area dimensioned to snugly retain the mobile device. An adhesive screen protector for the mobile device is disposed within the second portion to be in alignment with a screen of the mobile device when the mobile device is positioned in the alignment area and the first portion and second portion are in a closed configuration.

In some embodiments, the proximal edge defines a hook to engage an inner recess of the wheel. Each spoke adjacent edge is configured to reside near a spoke of the wheel during use. In some embodiments, a protrusion extended from the lip serves as a pinch point when a tire deforms during an impact event.
