Patent number: 10997062Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for implementing an automated testing module are disclosed. A processor creates a draft test suite that incorporates a plurality of features, each feature including a test scenario that comprises steps that describe the test scenario in a human readable form. The processor also compiles the steps of the test scenario into a single step in a reusable format; receives a request to perform a testing for an application; de-compiles the single step, in response to received request, to create a complete list of steps used in the scenario; generates a final test suite based on the de-complied single step in response to the received request; and automatically executes the final test suite to test the application without rewriting code.Type: GrantFiled: October 15, 2019Date of Patent: May 4, 2021Assignee: JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.Inventors: Shyamal J. Shah, Angel Leon, Katelyn V. Rumenik, Riddhi B. Bhatt, Dennis Macke, Alejandro Dominguez Valdes

Patent number: 9806805Abstract: System and method of distributed sensing based on Brillouin stimulated scattering on optical fiber (3), consisting of separating the two signals of which the probe signal is composed and obtaining the difference between the stimulated amplification band (8) and the attenuation band (9), or vice-versa. In this way a signal is obtained with greater amplitude than in the case of detection being performed with a single band. Thus the signal-to-noise ratio is improved in the sensor signal, dynamic range and the range is increased and the uncertainty of the measurement is decreased. It also eliminates the common noise present in the two bands of the probe signal and, in the case of using a balanced detector in detection, it improves the saturation characteristics of the detector, being able to achieve much larger signal amplitudes than in the conventional case.Type: GrantFiled: July 3, 2014Date of Patent: October 31, 2017Assignee: UNIVERSIDAD DE ALCALÁInventors: Alejandro Domínguez López, Alexia López Gil, Sonia Martín López, Miguel Herráez

Patent number: 8613021Abstract: Methods are provided for identifying media files that are related to a user-selected media file. Initially, a first set of media files that have previously been determined to be related to the selected media file is identified. It is determined that the number of media files in the first set of media files does not exceed a minimum number. A query is constructed based on the title or description of the selected media file to locate more related media files. A media database is searched and the results are combined with the first set of media files to be displayed.Type: GrantFiled: June 1, 2012Date of Patent: December 17, 2013Assignee: Microsoft CorporationInventors: Hongqiao Li, Steve Beck, Michael M.
