  • Publication number: 20100219279
Abstract: A toy for use with any helium balloon comprised of a hand held device with an internal motorized reel that releases and retracts the balloon string when activated by a switch. The user enjoys lifting the balloon at the push of a button and retracting it back from the higher altitude at will and all the time being able to stop the balloon at a given elevation height.

  • Patent number: 7367201
Abstract: An air conditioning fan apparatus including a ceiling fan unit, an air conditioning unit and a motor unit, all suspended as an integral device to a ceiling inside a user's home or office. The ceiling fan unit includes a multiplicity of fan blades each having evaporator tubing running inside. The air conditioning unit cools Freon gas that circulates through the fan blades for cooling the fan blades as they circulate the indoor air which in turn cools the air being circulated. The motor unit rotates the entire air conditioning unit and the fan blades together. A circular channel is further provided around the outside perimeter of the fan blades for collecting the moisture condensate formed on the fan blades as a result of the operation of the air conditioning unit.

  • Publication number: 20030150963
Abstract: A hose anchor assembly for protecting a hose bib and an exterior wall of a building from damage and undue wear resulting from excessive force applied by a user of a hose connected to the hose bib. Without benefit of the present invention, forces applied to the hose by the user would be borne by the hose bib and the hose, particularly at its attachment end. However, the anchor assembly buffers these forces and diverts them away from the hose bib. Moreover, the anchor assembly is relatively inexpensive to manufacture and reliable in use. The hose anchor assembly includes a hose fastener for detachable securement of the hose and an anchor for providing stationary positioning of the assembly. The assembly also includes a resilient member, such as a helical spring, disposed between the fastener and the anchor to aid in buffering forces exerted by the user on the hose from the hose bib.
