  • Publication number: 20140147293
Abstract: A hydraulic machine includes a number of piston/cylinder units which are each controlled by valves positioned upstream and downstream. The valves are in turn activated by an electronic regulator to switch the hydraulic machine selectively into a pump operating mode and a motor operating mode. The regulator selectively switches the individual piston/cylinder units or unit groups separately from one another into individually selectable operating modes as a function of certain regulating variables.

  • Publication number: 20110146256
Abstract: A control arrangement for a valve-controlled hydrostatic displacement contains a control unit for controlling the valve-controlled hydrostatic displacement machine, a sensor electronics portion for detecting sensor data of a power electronics portion and of the valve-controlled hydrostatic displacement machine, and the power electronics portion for furnishing a current necessary for operating the valve-controlled hydrostatic displacement machine. The control unit, the sensor electronics portion, and the power electronics portion are connected, as are the sensor electronics portion, the power electronics portion, and the valve-controlled hydrostatic displacement machine, which in turn are each connected to one another via bidirectional communications lines.

  • Publication number: 20110149457
Abstract: An electronic triggering unit for an electromagnetically actuated valve is disclosed, in which the valve is provided in particular for a hydrostatic displacement unit. The electronic triggering unit has a first switching device, which during the attraction phase of the valve applies a first voltage to its coil, which voltage is higher than the operating voltage of the electronic triggering unit. This first voltage is obtained from the operating voltage by means of a voltage-increasing circuit. A second switching device, during the maintenance phase of the valve, applies a second voltage, which corresponds approximately to the operating voltage, to its coil. According to the invention, the voltage-increasing circuit is a booster circuit, which in response to a corresponding trigger signal charges a buffer memory to the increased first voltage.

  • Publication number: 20110146260
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic system, having a hydrostatic, valve-controlled piston engine with a plurality of valves actuatable by an actuator as a function of the motion of the pistons, and with a control unit for triggering the actuators, which is arranged for generating an electrical attraction current in a first time segment and a maintenance current in a second time segment. The object of the invention is for the valves to switch with quick reactions and function safely, so that the expected functionality and safe operation of the hydrostatic piston engine under various operating conditions is ensured. This is attained in that the control unit includes a current regulating device, which triggers the actuators in current-regulated fashion.

  • Publication number: 20110031422
Abstract: In a valve-controlled hydrostatic positive-displacement machine and a method for its control, the positive-displacement machine having a plurality of cylinder-piston units which are activated or deactivated via electrically or electro-hydraulically actuated low-pressure valves and via high-pressure valves for setting a delivery or absorption volume flow of the positive-displacement machine, if the volume flow is essentially unchanged, the activation and deactivation of the cylinder-piston units is effected in accordance with one of a plurality of activation patterns valid for the particular volume flow.

  • Publication number: 20110030360
Abstract: A hydraulic system includes a hydrostatic piston machine having a plurality of valves that can be actuated using an actuator depending on the motion of the pistons and a control unit for activating the actuators. The switching points at which the valves are actuated are dependent on operating conditions, so that the expected functionality and the essential properties of the hydrostatic piston machine are ensured under different operating conditions.
