Abstract: A system and a method for motivating a user to achieve a goal, based on customized video sequences. The customization is performed by integrating personal elements (images, phrases, voice . . . ) in a video-base that is suitable for the goal. The user watches the customized video according to an established calendar in dependence upon the type of goal and his personal characteristics. The visual effect produces a moment of emotional impact, which is maintained in the long term by periodical visualization of modified customized videos, according to the user's progress.
