  • Patent number: 11955724
Abstract: A remote signal communication system includes a first antenna that transmits first frequency bands and a second antenna that transmits second frequency bands that are higher than the first frequency bands. A first dual matching network is provided for the first frequency bands and a second dual matching network is provided for the second frequency bands.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 21, 2019
Date of Patent: April 9, 2024
    Assignee: Continental Automotive Systems, Inc.
Inventors: Hazael Alejandro Mendoza-Tellez, Jesus Enrique Saavedra Balbi, Eric Ponce
  • Patent number: 11434991
Abstract: A shift-by-wire (SBW) column shifter for a vehicle includes a shift lever configured to be moved to shift gears. A shaft enables the shift lever to rotate the shaft about an axis. A lever detent is coupled to the shaft, enabling the shaft to rotate the lever detent about the axis. A rotatable magnet rotates as the lever detent rotates. A magnetic sensor senses the angular position of the lever detent due to the changes in magnetic characteristics of the magnet as it rotates. A processor can command an operating gear change based on the signal output from the magnet sensor.

  • Patent number: 10962108
Abstract: A shift-by-wire (SBW) column shifter for a vehicle includes a shift lever configured to be moved to shift gears. A shaft enables the shift lever to rotate the shaft about an axis. A lever detent is coupled to the shaft, enabling the shaft to rotate the lever detent about the axis. A slider magnet is constrained to move along a path, such as a linear path. The slider magnet has a groove that is engaged by a projection of the lever detent. Rotation of the lever detent about the axis is converted into movement of the slider magnet along the path via the engagement of the projection and the groove. A plurality of sensors are configured to output signals indicating a position of the slider magnet along the path to indicate a requested change in operating gear of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20190296989
Abstract: A machine of console includes a processor and a machine readable medium accessible by the processor. The processor being adapted to execute instructions including categorizing incidents based on parameters of the incidents; identifying solutions, at least partially, based on the categorization of the incidents; measuring mean time to restoration; monitoring post-restoration incidents over a period of time; and storing effective solutions into a database corresponding to the category.

  • Publication number: 20020137093
Abstract: For the last two decades much work has been done in developing biosensors with specific applications (industrial, biomedical and environmental among others) that can now compete with the classical analytical technologies but these apparatus that are based on the retention of microorganisms in membranes, have intrinsic limitations.
