The clamp includes a jaw and an actuator to open and close the jaw. The jaw and the actuator located below a plane of the surface and the jaw movable at the urging of the actuator between an open position in which the platen may be placed on or removed from the surface of the holder and a closed position to hold the platen against the surface.
