    Abstract: A method for analyzing qualitative remote user experience and usability test results using artificial intelligence. At least one participant is selected to interact with a test session through a remote testing software. Data is recorded from the test session and inputted into a central computer for data analysis. Moments of interests of the participant’s interaction are identified by synthesizing semantic data, eye tracking data, biosensor input data, and facial analysis from the inputted recorded data. The artificial intelligence system is trained classifying an identified moment of interest as a detracting event, classifying a non-identified moment of interest as a moment of interest, identifying which input data is associated with the detracting events, identifying which input data is associated with the non-identified moments of interest, and identifying which input data is associated with moments of interest. The recorded data is outputted with the identified moments of interest.

    Abstract: A method for creating and displaying points of interest in video test results comprises obtaining a plurality of video test results, each of the plurality of video test results corresponding to a tester, and for each of the plurality of video test results, displaying the video test results, receiving at least one indicator of a point of interest in the video test results, receiving a text comment associated with the point of interest, and saving a timestamp that indicates a position in the video test results of the point of interest and a text comment in a memory. Then a graphical user interface is created that displays the timestamp and text comment of each point of interest in the plurality of test video results, where selection of a point of interest causes the corresponding video test result to be displayed beginning at the timestamp of the selected point of interest.

    Abstract: One embodiment of a method for creating composite video test results includes obtaining a screenshot video of a test display, obtaining a camera video of a tester interacting with the test display, and dividing the screenshot video and camera video into segments. A plurality of composite video segments are then created, where each composite video segment is a composite of one of the plurality of camera video segments and one of the plurality of screenshot video segments. The plurality of composite video segments are then combined into a composite video. In one embodiment, audio data of the tester is combined with the composite video to create a composite audiovisual file. The composite video may be played back by a web browser in such a way that a viewer perceives the composite video as two separate videos that are synchronized.
