  • Publication number: 20140007888
Abstract: A retractable protective respiratory mask including disposable filters, which protects the respiratory system, covering the nose and mouth during inhalation while breathing in an atmosphere polluted by different agents, such as infectious, virulent, or pathogenic agents, or other toxic substances. The mask also protects non-infected persons from persons infected with a virus, as saliva and sputum expelled when coughing, breathing-out, and/or talking can be deposited inside the mask. The mask can include a collection-container filter, allowing a viral-infected wearer to breathe in a polluted atmosphere, to talk, to cough, to sneeze and/or to deposit saliva and sputum. The mask can be used as any other type of filter mask and/or disposable environmental air mask for industry in general, and also providing protection in rarefied natural atmospheres. The mask can be used as a container or packaging for drugs administered by means of bronchial airways, or as medical or rescue masks.

  • Patent number: 7982164
Abstract: A water heater with an ionized ignition system includes an electronic controller in operative communication with a burner electrovalve, temperature detector, flow detector, and first and second spark plugs. The electronic controller is configured to ignite the water heater burner when a temperature detected by the temperature detector is less than (by preset margin) a desired water temperature input to the electronic controller by a user, and a). upon a flow demand signal from said flow detector, b). according to a time schedule input to said electronic controller; or c). when a remote control is actuated by the user.

  • Publication number: 20090120381
Abstract: A water heater is controlled by an electronic system that initiates the operation of the heater when a flow detector sends a demand signal for hot water flow to the electronic card, which ignites a burner as function of a temperature programmed by the user. The burner is lit gradually by an electrical spark emitted by a spark plug connected to the electronic card, which in turn controls gas feed to the burner. As soon as the burner is lit, the electric current generated by the first spark plug is transformed by the ionization effect, changing the polarization of the current, which is detected by another spark plug that emits the change signal to the electronic card for further control of the heater. The heater operates without a permanently lit pilot light.

  • Publication number: 20040089251
Abstract: The invention is related to the Revolvable Motor of Internal Combustion “TURBOVOLANTE” (turbine-steering wheel). This Cinematic System is good to rotate through fuels or magnetic fields, it works as a vacuum Pump or Compressor of gases like propane, oxygen, etc. and this work is carried out it by means of rectangular Fins that expand and contract moving a Crankshaft and it Pinion that leans on a Toothed Ring inside, moving or fixed pinion of the Stator. With ratios 2:1 in that of 4 Fins, 4:1 in that of 8 Fins, and 6:1 in that of 12 Fins. The invention gives a fixed cylinder to rotors some with grooves for the entrance and evacuation of gases and explosions, which are carried out inside the rotor in 90%.
