  • Publication number: 20220321767
Abstract: Apparatus and method for generating and printing of photographs for identification documents, which allow you to print photographs for identification documents with a plain color background without using a plain color background during photographing the user, or using an uploaded photograph with an arbitrary background. The apparatus may include one or more cameras configured to photograph the user. The apparatus may include one or more video displays and devices for user interaction. The apparatus may include one or more payment devices. A user takes or uploads a photo with an arbitrary background and position of a person, after which automatic algorithms process the photo, converting it to the required format, including a plain color background, and the correct position of the person. The generated photo then can be printed and/or saved and/or sent to the user using one of the communication channels.

  • Publication number: 20070115573
Abstract: Optical film, including a set of elements disposed adjacent to each other and an external surface made of optically transparent material, each element including a lower pyramid being a truncated pyramid, an upper pyramid being a non-truncated pyramid and a plurality of element planes. A lower base of the lower pyramid defines the base of the element and an upper base of the lower pyramid coincides with a lower base of the upper pyramid. The element bases disposed adjacent to each other form a common surface of the set of the elements and the lower and upper pyramids protrude from one side of the common surface. The external surface covers the plurality of element planes.

  • Patent number: 6161038
Abstract: A method and apparatus for determination of heart rate, heart stroke volume, heart stroke volume, and cardiac output from thoracic bioimpedance signals and electrocardiograms. A unique bioimpedance electrode arrangement is employed, and the bioimpedance signals are corrected for gain-phase-frequency distortion through the use of sinusoidal test signals through the measuring or detection electrodes to identify distortions and correct for same during actual measurements. Time-derivative bioimpedance signals are employed, the power spectrum calculated, and a novel autoconvolution procedure used to emphasize the heart rate harmonic. Breath waves and other signals not indicative of the patient's cardiocycles are removed. Left ventricular ejection time is derived from the bioimpedance signals, and an improved version of Kubicek's equation is employed to derive heart stroke volume and thus cardiac output.
