Furthermore, the device (10) has a one-piece cross-flow deflection device (38), which is covered by the housing (26) and comprises a mixing device (40) and a cover (42), wherein the mixing device (40) has a plurality of mixing chambers (52), each of which is provided for mixing a part of the cold air stream (50) and a part of the hot air stream (48). The cover (42) here separates the cold air region (84) and the hot air region (86) from each other at least in portions.
