Abstract: Disclosed is a composition comprising ingredients a-f: a) n-6 fatty acid; b) n-3 fatty acid; c) vitamin E; d) extract of Viburnum opulus bark; e) extract of Vitex agnus castus berry; and f) bioflavonoid(s). Also disclosed is a method of treating premenstrual symptoms in a subject in need of such treatment and a method of treating irritable bowel syndrome or interstitial cystitis in a subject in need of such treatment. The method comprises the step of administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the ingredients a-f, described above. Preferably, the subject is administered a composition comprising ingredients a-f.
