Abstract: A cushion for positioning patients, including an outer cover, in which there is a bag, equipped with two separate compartments, which contain two components suitable for mixing with each other to form a polyurethane foam. The outer cover includes an outer surface made of non-woven fabric and an inner surface made of polymeric material, in such a way as to allow sealing of the outline of the outer cover, guaranteeing the impermeability of the cushion.
