  • Patent number: 8786176
Abstract: A substrate for an organic light-emitting device, includes a transparent substrate having an optical index n0, bearing, on a first main face, a first transparent or semi-transparent coating of an electrode, referred to as the lower electrode, with a sheet resistance less than or equal to 6?/? and which includes the following stack of layers: an anti-reflection sublayer having a given optical thickness L1 and having an optical index n1 such that the ratio of n1 to n0 is greater than or equal to 6/5; a first metallic layer having a given thickness e1; a first separating layer, having a given optical thickness L2; a second metallic layer, having an intrinsic electrical conductivity property, and having a given thickness e2; and an overlayer for adapting the work function, L1 being between 20 nm and 120 nm, L2 between 75 nm and 200 nm, and the sum of the thicknesses e1+e2 of the first and second metallic layers being less than or equal to 40 nm.

  • Publication number: 20140183498
Abstract: An article comprising a polymeric substrate and at least one inorganic barrier layer, wherein the inorganic barrier layer has a stress not greater than about 400 MPa and a density of at least about 1.5 g/cm3. The article is preferably an optical device, such as an organic light emitting diode (OLED) or a photovoltaic (PV) module, wherein a silicon nitride barrier layer has been directly deposited on a flexible polymeric substrate via plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD).

  • Patent number: 7998425
Abstract: The invention relates to a structure for filtering particle-laden gases, comprising an assembly of elements of the honeycomb type linked by a joint or seal, each element incorporating a set of adjacent ducts or channels 20 of mutually parallel axes and separated by porous walls, which ducts are closed off by plugs at one or other of their ends so as to define entry chambers that open onto a gas intake face and exit chambers opening onto a gas discharge face 25, in such a way that the gas to be filtered passes through the porous walls, said structure being characterized in that its geometrical centre, in a cross section of the structure perpendicular to its main axis, does not correspond to a symmetry element of an element or of a group of elements 30 in the assembly.

  • Publication number: 20110036125
Abstract: Flow block (1), intended for a fiberizing installation and for receiving molten material, comprising a single cavity (10) which has a flow channel (11) bounded by a wall (11a). The inlet orifice (12) has a shape which is asymmetrical with respect to the mid-plane (Y) of the block extending along the shortest extension and has an upstream part on the glass inflow side which is wider than its opposite downstream part with respect to the mid-plane. Furthermore, the slope of the wall (11a) on the upstream side is advantageously steeper than the slope of the downstream side. The invention also relates to the bushing block, which is very squat compared with the flow block.
