Abstract: A toothbrush includes a handle, a head mounting bristles and a connecting portion. The handle and the connecting portion extend from the head in the direction opposite to the direction of the bristles. The toothbrush also includes a connector which allows the head to be changed. An alternative embodiment of the toothbrush comprises a roller having bristles and being rotatably mounted on the head, an electric motor and transmission means that connect the motor to the roller.
