  • Patent number: 10801288
Abstract: A safety valve assembly for extradition of hydrocarbons includes a valve body including a passage duct, configured to be traversed by a production and/or drilling line. The valve body includes housings for a punch and counter-punch, arranged diametrically opposite to one another with a common longitudinal axis substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the valve. The punch slides linearly in a controlled manner in the housing along the axis which intersects the longitudinal axis of the pipe, and the counter-punch slides linearly in a controlled manner in the housing along the axis which intersects the longitudinal axis of the pipe. The punch and counter-punch are configured to allow the counter-punch to slidingly receive the punch in its interior to create two different shearing planes. The counter-punch includes a hollow part to slidingly receive the section of tubular material and the punch, in the linear movement during the shearing operation.

  • Patent number: 9702227
Abstract: The process according to the invention, for transporting extraction fluids, such as, for example, natural gas, oil or water, comprises the following operations: (a) hydraulically connecting the underwater vehicle (1) to the head of an extraction well; (b) transferring and storing the extracted fluid, such as, for example, natural gas, oil or water, on the vehicle (1), subjecting said fluid to one or more of the following processes through plants installed onboard the same vehicle (1): b.1) mechanical, electrical or chemical separation; b.2) separation of the gases or more volatile fractions of the extracted fluid; b.3) separation of predetermined phases or substances from the rest of the extracted fluid; b.4) extraction and elimination of acid gases, such as, for example, carbon dioxide or hydrogen sulphide; b.5) re-injection into geological formations; (c) transporting the extracted fluid(s) subjected to one or more of the processes b.1-b.5) causing the underwater vehicle to advance in immersion.

  • Publication number: 20160272290
Abstract: An underwater vehicle for transporting extraction fluids, for example natural gas, oil or water, has an overall elongated form and includes one or more containment tubes configured to contain the fluid to be transported and forming a bundle that prevalently extends longitudinally with respect to the underwater vehicle, making the vehicle structurally more robust and intrinsically safe.

  • Publication number: 20040094514
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electric arc automatic orbital welding machine (3) for carrying out butting welding between pipes of a bundle (2) and a cylindrical body (1) in heat exchangers, in which a cam mechanism (5) receives a circular motion around an axis (9) therefrom and generates an axial reciprocating motion along the same axis (9) and orthogonal to the plane of rotation so that the torch (7) describes the same spatial path which coincides with the intersection line between the pipe segment (2) and the cylindrical body (1).
