  • Patent number: 11960407
Abstract: Purging resources from a cache in a distributed networked system is described. A first data center of the distributed networked system receives a purge request to purge a resource from cache. If the purge request does not include a cache key, the first data center determines whether the purge request is valid, and if valid, purges the resource from cache of the first data center, generates a cache key for the resource, and causes the purge request that includes the generated cache key to be sent to other data centers of the distributed networked system for purging the resource from cache. If the purge request includes a cache key, the first data center skips determining whether the purge request is valid and purges the resource from cache based on the cache key.

  • Publication number: 20240096324
Abstract: A system is provided that can provide a virtual assistant that can receive inputs from a user and can provide responses to the user. The system can perform natural language processing on the inputs to process the inputs into inputs that are comprehendible by the virtual assistant. Additionally, the system can determine the live agent that can be best suited to assist the user based on the processed inputs. The system can connect the user and the live agent. The virtual assistant can facilitate the connection by providing information to the user and to the live agent.

  • Publication number: 20240095364
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium for securely attributing application (app) installations while preserving user privacy are described. In one aspect, a method includes a given digital component that can be provided and can include a reference to a software application. A user interaction with the digital component that initiates installation of the application can be detected. The software application can be installed at a client device. The following can be obtained: (i) impression data that reference the software application and (ii) interaction data that reference the software application. Attribution credits for the installation of the software application can be assigned by applying an attribution model to the presentation and interaction data.
