  • Patent number: 11571631
Abstract: A toy vehicle playset comprises a stunt loop apparatus. The stunt loop apparatus has a support, a partial loop portion coupled to the support, and an arcuate portion rotatably coupled to the support. The partial loop portion has an opening and the arcuate portion is configured to rotate between an inlet position and an outlet position within the opening. By rotating the arcuate portion from the inlet position to the outlet position, a continuous pathway is formed that allows a toy vehicle to sequentially travel along the arcuate portion in the inlet position, the partial loop portion, and then the arcuate portion in the outlet position.

  • Patent number: 10661187
Abstract: A track set for a toy vehicle includes a track portion and an actuatable mechanism. The track portion defines a track path between a first end of the track portion and a second end of the track portion. The actuatable mechanism attempts to capture a toy vehicle as the toy vehicle moves along the track path, between the first end and the second end, in response to select triggerings generated by the toy vehicle traversing the track path. The actuatable mechanism removes the toy vehicle from the track portion when the actuatable mechanism captures the toy vehicle. The actuatable mechanism may include a carriage that captures the toy vehicle. The carriage is initially disposed in a rest position that is off-path from the track path and is selectively movable, along a carriage pathway, to an actuated position that is also off-path from the track path.

  • Patent number: 10075125
Abstract: A solar tracker apparatus includes an adjustable hanger assembly that has a clam shell hanger assembly. The clam shell hanger assembly may hold a torque tube comprising a plurality of torque tubes configured together in a continuous length from a first end to a second end. A center of mass of the solar tracker apparatus may be aligned with a center of rotation of the torque tubes, in order to reduce a load of a drive device operably coupled to the torque tube. Solar modules may be coupled to the torque tubes. The solar tracker includes an energy system that includes solar panel, a DC to DC converter, a battery, and a micro-controller. The energy system may facilitate full operation movement of the tracker apparatus without any external power lines.

  • Patent number: 4554644
Abstract: A static RAM cell (11) is constructed utilizing low resistivity positive and negative power supply leads (13,14), thus eliminating the problem of instability of the data stored within the cell. The negative power supply lead is formed of a first layer of low resistivity polycrystalline silicon/tantalum silicide, and the positive power supply lead is formed of a second layer of polycrystalline silicon. The use of a low resistivity negative power supply lead causes the voltage drop on the negative power supply lead to be substantially reduced as compared with prior art devices, thereby providing during the read operation substantially equal voltages to the gates of the two bistable transistors of each cell, thus eliminating the problem of instability during reading.Depletion load devices (11,12) are formed utilizing the layer of polycrystalline silicon as the source, drain and channel and the layer of polycrystalline silicon/tantalum silicide as the gate.
