Abstract: An applicator device configured for delivery of at least one solution to a surface, includes an applicator body having a head portion including an opening, a distal end, and an outer wall forming an interior space, and a fluid container moveably positioned in the interior space of the applicator body, the fluid container having an interior portion for holding the at least one solution and a membrane for preventing passage of the solution out of the interior portion. The device further includes a piercing element configured to breach the membrane to allow for passage of the solution out of the interior space of the fluid container, and a distal cap coupled to the distal end of the applicator body configured such that rotation of the distal cap causes longitudinal movement of the fluid container within the interior space of the applicator body into contact with the piercing element.

Abstract: An arrangement for reducing intraocular pressure includes a pulse signal source, a probe coupling, and at least one electrode. The probe coupling is configured to be supported on a portion of a living eye. The electrodes are supported on the probe coupling. The electrodes are operably coupled to receive a pulse signal from the pulse signal source.
