  • Publication number: 20060068405
Abstract: Polypeptide sequences and polynucleotide sequences are provided. Also provided are annotative information concerning such sequences and uses for these sequences.
    Type: Application
    Filed: January 27, 2005
    Publication date: March 30, 2006

  • Publication number: 20050186600
Abstract: An isolated polynucleotide is provided. The isolated polynucleotide comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding a UbcH10 polypeptide having at least a portion of an amino acid sequence at least 55% homologous to SEQ ID NO:7, as determined using the BlastP software of the National Center of Biotechnology Information (NCBI) using default parameters.
    Type: Application
    Filed: January 13, 2005
    Publication date: August 25, 2005
Inventors: Osnat Sella-Tavor, Galit Rotman, Sarah Pollock, Alex Diber, Shira Walach, Shirley Sameach-Greenwald
  • Publication number: 20050009771
Abstract: A method of identifying putative naturally occurring antisense transcripts is provided. The method is effected by (a) computationally aligning a first database including sense-oriented polynucleotide sequences with a second database including expressed polynucleotide sequences; and (b) identifying expressed polynucleotide sequences from the second database being capable of forming a duplex with at least one sense-oriented polynucleotide sequence of the first database, thereby identifying putative naturally occurring antisense transcripts. Also provided are polynucleotides and polypeptide sequences identified by the above-described methodology.
    Type: Application
    Filed: January 27, 2004
    Publication date: January 13, 2005

  • Publication number: 20040248157
Abstract: An isolated polynucleotide is provided. The isolated polynucleotide comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence at least 70% identical to SEQ ID NO: 1, as determined using the LALIGN software of EMBnet Switzerland (http://www.ch.embnet.org/index.
    Type: Application
