    Abstract: One embodiment of the invention includes a computer-implemented method for detecting compensation discrimination. The method includes determining compensation for an employee in a protected class, and determining median compensation for all comparable employees to the employee in the protected class. The method may then further include analyzing the compensation and the median compensation to determine whether there is a compensation differential that demonstrates discrimination in the compensation for the employee in the protected class.
