    Abstract: A card holder and illuminated display device with a lower portion and an upper portion, where the lower includes a card holding space and a power source. The upper portion configured to cover the card holding space in the closed position and allow access to the card holding space in the open position. The upper portion also including a signaling panel, while the device includes a light source positioned so that in the open position the signaling panel of the upper portion may be edge illuminated. The panel may incorporate a design that is highlighted when the light source is turned on.
