Abstract: Disclosed herein is a penile prosthesis device for facilitating a plurality of bodily functions associated with a penis, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the penile prosthesis device includes a penile prosthesis body, an ejaculation system, and a pump system. Further, a base of the penile prosthesis body is in contact with a groin of a user. Further, the ejaculation system may include a lubrication system. Further, the ejaculation system includes a pocket and a hole leading into the pocket. Further, the pocket is configured for dispersing first fluid through the hole. Further, the pump system includes a reservoir and a balloon. Further, the reservoir is configured for transferring fluid to the balloon. Further, the balloon is configured for inflating based on the transferring. Further, a shaft of the penile prosthesis body is configured for transitioning between a flaccid and an erect state based on the inflating and the deflating.
