  • Patent number: 7535510
Abstract: A focus control apparatus controls a step motor and a piezoelectric material into order to control a focal distance between an electronic imaging device and a lens unit. The focus control apparatus has an image calculating unit for processing an image signal taken by the electronic imaging device into a resolution value, a displacement controlling unit receiving the resolution value in order to determine an optimal focal distance between the electronic imaging device and the lens unit and output a displacement controlling signal, a step motor controller and a piezoelectric material controller. The displacement controlling signal is supplied to the step motor controller or the piezoelectric material controller to control optimally the distance between an electronic imaging device and a lens unit.

  • Publication number: 20090058958
Abstract: The present invention provides an environmental protection ink cartridge/toner cartridge auto repeated usage chip, wherein the control chip is structured to embody a CPU control circuit, a data bus and a plurality of memory chips. The control chip is installed on an ink cartridge, and transmits signals to a printer by means of the data bus. The memory chips include an ink cartridge model number data memory, an ink cartridge monitoring ink refill point data memory, and an ink cartridge automatic refill to full amount memory, which enable a restore amount starting point to be set for usage amount of the ink cartridge to serve as a monitoring point, and if the amount of ink becomes lower than the monitoring point, then an ink refill mechanism is activated, which fully refills the ink cartridge with ink again, thereby achieving effectiveness of environmental protection.

  • Patent number: 7328974
Abstract: The present invention relates to an inkjet printer ink cartridge, which configures a sponge-free ink-filling device into a combined structure of a case and an ink outlet base body, which is then attached onto a printed circuit by PECVD. A stand having a recess on the ink outlet base body thereon can be used to dispose a socket. A nozzle plate connected to a heater chip can be inserted to the socket therein. The heater chip is electrically connected to a heating element in airflow guides formed on a surface of the socket thereto. A vertical wire attached to the socket is electrically connected to the vertical wire bent on the printed circuit at an edge of the stand. Therefore, when the heater chip has been used for some time and is required to be replaced, only the nozzle plate and the heater chip are independently replaced, whereas the case and the ink outlet base body can both be repeatedly used.

  • Patent number: 7328986
Abstract: An inkjet printer ink cartridge, which improves upon the ink cartridge of a conventional inkjet ink cartridge, whereby need for sponge within the ink cartridge is eliminated, and a siphon device is configured within the ink cartridge. The ink cartridge utilizes a siphoning phenomenon to prevent leakage of ink from contact area of a nozzle of the inkjet printer and from an area of the siphon. Reusability of the ink cartridge is realized without affecting quality of printing of the ink cartridge, and without causing problems in environmental protection recovery.

  • Patent number: 7192109
Abstract: The present invention provides an environmental protection ink cartridge control chip, wherein the control chip is structured to embody a CPU control circuit, a data bus and a plurality of memory chips. The control chip is installed on an ink cartridge, and transmits signals to a printer by means of the data bus. The memory chips separately provide functionality to monitor ink amount within the original ink cartridge, set ink amount return point of the ink cartridge and restore ink amount value after the ink cartridge has reached the return point. Hence, the control chip can provide for repeated usage of the ink cartridge until the control chip malfunctions, thereby achieving effectiveness of environmental protection.

  • Publication number: 20050212953
Abstract: A piezoelectric focusing apparatus and method for the same are proposed to quickly adjust a distance between a lens unit and an electronic imaging device. An expanding table associated with increased voltage and a shrinkage table associated with decreased voltage for the piezoelectric material is constructed. A bi-directional deformation table is then established by associating voltages on the expanding table and the shrinkage table corresponding to the same deformation. A voltage is supplied to the piezoelectric material according to the bi-directional deformation table for generating a desired deformation and controlling a focusing distance between the lens unit and the electronic imaging device.

  • Publication number: 20050179253
Abstract: A substrate, a layer of UV curable ink and a transparent layer of film, which has holographic images embossed on it. Patterns are printed on the substrate using a UV curable ink in its uncured state. When a hologram film is laminated to the substrate containing the UV curable inked pattern and exposed to UV light, the portion of the hologram film in contact with the UV curable ink adheres to the substrate as part of the curing process. The remaining part of the holographic film is peeled off from the substrate.

  • Patent number: 5892600
Abstract: A spectacle lens structure includes a light transmitting base plate having a serrated surface defining a hologram. A thin reflective coating having a planar outer surface is provided on the serrated surface to partially reflect an incident light and allow the remaining portion of the incident light to penetrate and diffract about the serration for the formation of the holographic image. The reflective coating may be of a refractive index quite different from that of the base plate so as to provide a brazed 3-D image. If the reflective coating is made of a material having a refractive index close to the base plate, then a further coating having a high refractive index, such as ZnS, has to be provided on the reflective coating to provide a brazed 3-D image.
