Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for integrating physical items within a computing interaction. This includes executing an application for progressing a storyline via interactions with physical items, the storyline being conditional events generating an interactive series. The method and system includes determining input data relating to an existing event and accessing event output data based at least on the input data, as well as presenting the event output data. The method and system receives visual content data including digital imagery and processing the visual content data in relation to the storyline. This includes electronically determining a next event in the storyline based thereon and generating and displaying an augmented reality output display integrated with the digital imagery of the at least one of the plurality of physical items via the mobile computing device based on the next event.
