Also disclosed herein are methods for producing doped group III metal nitride produces comprising flowing a plasma comprising nitrogen from a remote plasma chamber into a growth chamber; introducing a group III metal and at least one of a p-type dopant or an n-type dopant into the growth chamber; and disposing, over a substrate at a temperature below about 1000° C., a conductive group III metal nitride product comprising an increased electrical carrier concentration.

    Abstract: A device includes a button, a base, a haptic engine coupled to the base, and a fastener fastening the button to the base and allowing movement of the button with respect to the base. The movement of the button with respect to the base enables, in part, a better alignment of the button with a device housing to which the base is attached. The haptic engine may include a core, an electric coil wound around a portion of the core, and an attraction plate separated from the core by a gap. The base may include a frame, a set of tabs extending from the core and fastened to the button to allow the movement of the button with respect to the base, and a set of flexures extending from the tabs and coupling the core to the frame. The attraction plate may also be coupled to the frame.

In certain embodiments, a device such as wearable camera eyeglasses having both high-speed wireless circuitry and low-power wireless circuitry communicates with a client device. The low-power wireless circuitry is used for signaling and to manage power on handshaking for the high-speed circuitry in order to reduce power consumption. An analysis of a high-speed connection status may be performed by a client device, and used to conserve power at the glasses with signaling from the client device to indicate when the high-speed circuitry of the glasses should be powered on.
