A centre bar is mounted behind the housing and oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The centre bar defines at least one cam follower, A rotatable actuator (rotator) defining a cam surface, and biasing means for biasing the cam follower against the cam surface are also provided. The latch arm is arranged to rotate about the longitudinal axis with the rotator while the distance of the latch arm from the centre bar is fixed and its distance from the housing is controlled by the rotation of the centre bar.
