Patent number: 11618626Abstract: The present disclosure provides a new and innovative container system for mixing and dispensing a solution, such as a cleaning solution, that includes a container, dispenser, and a cartridge. The cartridge includes a reservoir containing a concentrated solution and a snap portion that closes the reservoir. The dispenser includes a sleeve that engages with the snap portion as part of a cartridge release mechanism to release the cartridge's concentrated solution into the container. As the dispenser's cap is tightened to the container, the dispenser's sleeve is forced downwards to engage the cartridge's snap portion and force the snap portion to disengage from the cartridge. The reservoir is therefore opened and its contents exit into the container's interior. As the dispenser's cap is disengaged from the container, the dispenser's sleeve is forced upwards, bringing the snap portion back to the cartridge and closing the reservoir.Type: GrantFiled: October 27, 2021Date of Patent: April 4, 2023Assignee: CALLINGTON HAVEN PTY LTD.Inventors: Alex Reed, Jonathan Bostock

Patent number: 10769640Abstract: A novel system and process for managing multiple parties in a client review process is described. The system manages three independent parties including a client, an account manager, and an advisor. Based on a client attribute of whether the client is a lead, prospect or client, combined with time periods expiring, a client review campaign of advisor, client being in a pre-defined tier, and client not being part of an active sales campaign, a first script is retrieved to schedule a review with the client. Answers received are stored into record in database associated with client in a hierarchical tree structure. A second script is retrieved based on the review campaign and the categorization of the client. The second script is used to schedule a meeting. Answers received are stored into record in database associated with client in a hierarchical tree structure.Type: GrantFiled: August 8, 2018Date of Patent: September 8, 2020Assignee: Client 4 Life Group, LLC.Inventors: Korbin King, Amber Hawkins, Alex Reed

Patent number: 10769639Abstract: A novel system and process for managing multiple parties in a client relationship process is described. The system manages three independent parties including a client, an account manager, and an advisor. Records are retrieved from a file for a group of all clients that are part of the client relationship process. The records are displayed as user interface widgets that indicate status of client relationship for the group. Based on time periods expiring combined with no other contacts to a client having been made, a client relationship campaign of advisor, client being in a pre-defined tier, and client not being part of an active sales campaign, a script is retrieved for use during a follow-up communication. Account manager uses script to contact client. Answers received are stored into record in database associated with client in a hierarchical tree structure. Alerts, follow-up actions, and updating of user interface widgets are triggered.Type: GrantFiled: August 8, 2018Date of Patent: September 8, 2020Assignee: Client 4 Life Group, LLC.Inventors: Korbin King, Amber Hawkins, Alex Reed

Patent number: 10282759Abstract: A novel system and process for managing multiple parties in a sales process for a good or service is described. The system manages three independent parties including a potential buyer, account manager, and advisor. A client attribute of whether the potential buyer is a lead, prospect or client, combined with a customizable sales campaign, is used to select a first script for use by the account manager to qualify the potential buyer. Answers received are stored into record in database associated with potential buyer in a hierarchical tree structure and used to classify potential buyer into categories representing probability that potential buyer is ready to purchase a good or service. A second script is selected based on the sales campaign and the categorization of the potential buyer. The account manager uses the second script to contact and schedule a meeting with the potential buyer. Answers are stored into the record.Type: GrantFiled: August 8, 2018Date of Patent: May 7, 2019Inventors: Korbin King, Amber Hawkins, Alex Reed
