Availability data of MFP devices may be determined from historical usage data of the MFP devices, pending print job data of the MFP devices, current print job data of the MFP devices, operational data of the MFP devices, and/or a combination thereof. The availability data may be displayed on client computing devices to assists users to intelligently request print jobs.

Private electronic meetings may be established concurrent with an existing electronic meeting and include one or more participants from a general electronic meeting from which they were instantiated, and may include other participants that are not participants of the general electronic meeting. Participants may be selected by a meeting organizer and various criteria may be used to select participants.
