  • Publication number: 20240114112
Abstract: A mobile software application by which a user may stream, from a unique host user profile associated with the user, an online session being associated with one or more items available for sale from the user (e.g., available for auction). One or more graphical user interfaces of the application enable mobile devices of external users to access the host user's online session by displaying a real-time video stream in conjunction with one or more images/videos associated with the available product(s). These external users may use the GUI(s) to participate in the auction of the product(s), e.g., by placing bids, within the host user's online session. The host user may utilize one or more fully integrated services and features that enable the host user to more efficiently and easily conduct the online session.

  • Publication number: 20120153570
Abstract: A universal random number generator for placing a bets in a variety of lottery number games comprising: a generally rectangular transparent casing for supporting a drinking vessel having a vertical outer wall for confining spillage from said drinking vessel, a set of numbered disks, a series of traps for capturing some of the numbered disks and a mask in covering relationship to the numbered disks. The mask has a window for exposing some of the numbered disks in one of the traps when the generator is shaken. The number generator is adapted to a specific lottery by providing a pre-assigned number of disks and mask with a pre-assigned window size.

  • Publication number: 20120153568
Abstract: A kidney shaped number generator for randomly placing numbers in Keno and other lottery number games comprising: a base, a set of numbered disks on opposite sides of the base, each of said disks having numbers on opposite sides of the disk, a mask overlying each of the sets of numbered disks and a transparent cover on opposite sides of the base for enclosing the numbered disks. Each of the masks has a window through which selected sets of numbers are exposed. An important feature of the invention is that the generator can be used in different lotteries by merely changing the masks and amounts of numbered disks. In a first embodiment, the masks are labels adhesively applied to outer or inner surfaces of the transparent outer covers. In a second embodiment, the masks are thin sheets of materials with graphics between the numbered disks and transparent outer covers.

  • Patent number: 7011652
Abstract: An eye wash station for administering an eye wash fluid to an eye which has been exposed to a noxious gas, or solid or liquid which can irritate or injure said eye. In a first aspect of the invention, a flexible bag, filled with an eye wash fluid is suspended from a hook or a stand. The flexible bag is operatively connected with a flexible tube to an applicator which is fed by gravity from the bag. The applicator includes a retractor for opening and holding open the eyelids of the eye which is being treated and a valve for controlling the amount of eye wash fluid which is applied to the eye. In second and third aspects of the invention, the applicator is connected with a pressurized water supply. One benefit if the invention is that it is disposable. Another benefit of the first and second aspects is that they are portable.

  • Patent number: 6976279
Abstract: A portable stand alone treatment station for eyes which have been exposed to corrosive liquids, noxious gases and foreign objects. An eye washing fluid reservoir and one or more applicators are mounted on a two-wheel cart. The eye washing fluid in the reservoir is stored under pressure to discharge the eye washing fluid from the applicator when a resiliently biased valve is opened. The tank is pressurized by a hand pump mounted in the tank or through a valve in a wall of the tank. The portability of the station allows it to be relocated on an as needed basis or to be transported to an injured person and carried in a vehicle.

  • Patent number: 5062323
Abstract: A plug and installation tool for repairing punctures in vehicle tires mounted on motor vehicles. The plug is a generally cylindrical part made of a rubber material with enlarged end portions and an interconnecting cylindrical shank portion. One of the enlarged end portions is a cylindrical head portion and has a circumferential groove for engaging the insertion tool. The other end portion is a spherical tail portion. In the first aspect of the invention an assembly comprised of the plug and a rigid core disposed on the axis of the plug is mounted on the installation tool, elongated by the tool and inserted in a puncture. In the second aspect of the invention, the rigid core is installed in the plug after the plug is inserted into the puncture. When the plug is installed in a puncture it has a generally "hourglass" shape with sealing surfaces in the puncture and at the inner and outer ends of the puncture.

  • Patent number: 4014219
Abstract: A steering shaft coupling for a motor vehicle steering column constructed to join a steering shaft with a steering gear. The coupling has a pair of coupling parts and interconnecting members assembled to transmit driving torque from the steering shaft to the steering gear during normal operating conditions. The interconnecting members disengage the coupling parts when the steering gear is displaced axial toward the steering shaft in response to an axial force whereby said axial force will not be transmitted to the steering shaft.
