Patent number: 11967024Abstract: A technique is described for extracting or constructing a three-dimensional (3D) model from multiple two-dimensional (2D) images. In an embodiment, a foreground segmentation mask or depth field may be provided as an additional supervision input with each 2D image. In an embodiment, the foreground segmentation mask or depth field is automatically generated for each 2D image. The constructed 3D model comprises a triangular mesh topology, materials, and environment lighting. The constructed 3D model is represented in a format that can be directly edited and/or rendered by conventional application programs, such as digital content creation (DCC) tools. For example, the constructed 3D model may be represented as a triangular surface mesh (with arbitrary topology), a set of 2D textures representing spatially-varying material parameters, and an environment map. Furthermore, the constructed 3D model may be included in 3D scenes and interacts realistically with other objects.Type: GrantFiled: May 30, 2022Date of Patent: April 23, 2024Assignee: NVIDIA CorporationInventors: Carl Jacob Munkberg, Jon Niklas Theodor Hasselgren, Tianchang Shen, Jun Gao, Wenzheng Chen, Alex John Bauld Evans, Thomas Müller-Höhne, Sanja Fidler

Publication number: 20240110776Abstract: A detection device adapted to verify or determine a welding quality includes a housing, a moving assembly, a mounting bracket, and a rotating assembly. The moving assembly is movably installed on the housing and is adapted to be moved up and down in a vertical direction. The mounting bracket is fixed to the housing. The rotating assembly includes a rotating member rotatably connected to the mounting bracket and movably connected to the moving assembly, and a contact probe fixed to the rotating member. The contact probe is adapted to make sliding contact with a second component welded on a first component and to push the moving assembly to move in the vertical direction through the rotating member.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 29, 2023Publication date: April 4, 2024Applicants: Tyco Electronics (Dongguan) Ltd., TE Connectivity Solutions GmbH, Tyco Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.Inventors: Lei (Alex) Zhou, Dandan (Emily) Zhang, Roberto Francisco-Yi Lu, Xuyan Yu, Haoquan Yao, Hongzhou (Andy) Shen, Yi Li

Patent number: 11839535Abstract: The disclosure relates generally to an extended use systems and devices for management of bladder function for people with urinary dysfunction. The system includes a catheter which can include a sensor that can determine bladder condition and a valve that can control fluid flow. The catheter can be placed inside the bladder using devices that facilitate insertion and extraction. The placement of the catheter can be done by a trained individual such as a patient, as well as a clinician, a nurse, or a caretaker. Once placed inside the bladder, the catheter can be fully-internal, meaning no portion of the catheter is visible from outside of the patient's body.Type: GrantFiled: June 8, 2020Date of Patent: December 12, 2023Assignee: Spinal Singularity, Inc.Inventors: Derek Herrera, Alex Shen
