A report request may be received from a user. An incremental statistics load associated with the report request may be determined. A decision whether or not the report request can be fulfilled may be made based on the at least one present statistics load count and the incremental statistic load. When the report cannot be fulfilled, a message denying the report request may be provided to the user. When the report request can be fulfilled, the incremental statistics load may be added to the present statistics load count and the report request may be fulfilled.
