  • Patent number: 11060645
Abstract: A magnetic duct access door provides for frequent access to a variety of different kinds of duct. The access door allows for an efficient magnetic attraction to a metallic duct and easy manual removal of the access door by tilting the access door via handles on its front surface. The access door includes: an access door base; a plurality of magnets arranged around the periphery of the back surface of the access door base; a compressible sealing member located between the magnetic attachment pads on the back surface of the access door base; at least one handle portion extending from the front surface of the access door base.

  • Publication number: 20190154179
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a magnetic duct cleaning hose clamp for attaching an airflow hose to a HVAC duct to be cleaned. The improved duct cleaning hose clamp includes: a planar clamp base; a plurality of magnets arranged around the periphery of the back surface of the clamp base; a compressible sealing member located between the magnetic attachment pads on the back surface of the clamp base; at least one handle portion extending from the front surface of the clamp base; a duct cleaning hose mounting portion protruding from the front surface of the clamp base; and a duct cleaning hose mounting portion defining an airflow aperture which is in fluid communication with a remote HVAC duct cleaning base unit. The present invention further includes magnetic duct access door of similar construction to the clamp. The magnetic access door provides for frequent access to a variety of different kinds of duct.

  • Publication number: 20170330287
Abstract: In various embodiments, described herein are systems and methods for transaction-based integrated receivables processing. In one embodiment a management computing entity may receive batches and/or trays, which may refer to groups of transactions that enter a workflow together. The management computing entity may disintegrate these trays into individual transactions. Then, each transaction may be allowed to follow to a differential path through any processing workflows. Further, batches may be created from the processed individual transactions at predetermined cut-off events for final output from the system. The disclosed systems and methods may enable the transactions to be handled independently and individually, increasing efficiency while simultaneously augmenting and enhancing audit information for compliance purposes.
