    Abstract: A wide field fundus camera is disclosed to implement multiple illumination beam projectors and to capture multiple retinal images at various viewing angles to facilitate wide field retinal examination. The wide field fundus camera contemplates an ultra-wide field lens that can provide edge to edge imaging of the entire retina at a single alignment. The wide field fundus camera contemplates configuration of said multiple illumination beam projectors to provide visualization of retina and Purkinje reflections simultaneously to facilitate determination of proper camera alignment with the eye. The wide field fundus camera further contemplates control of multiple illumination beam projectors in a programmable manner to further assess alignment of each illumination beam projector with the eye and to capture said multiple retinal images.

    Abstract: A method for depositing material at a target location with a work vehicle includes receiving an input associated with a target weight of the material to be deposited at the target location. Additionally, the method includes controlling an operation of the vehicle such that an implement of the vehicle obtains a quantity of the material. Furthermore, the method includes controlling the operation of the vehicle such that the implement is raised from a first to a second position. Moreover, the method includes determining a weight of the currently obtained quantity of the material as the implement is raised from the first to the second position. In addition, the method includes controlling the operation of the vehicle such that the currently obtained quantity of the material is deposited at the target location. Further, the method includes initiating display of a current total weight of the material deposited at the target location.

    Abstract: A conjugate is provided for cell processing, which comprises a magnetic particle and a surface modifier having specific affinity to a target cell. The particle and modifier are linked through a cleavable peptide bond. In a method of cell processing, the conjugate is attached to a target cell; the target cell attached to the conjugate is subject to magnetic processing; the peptide bond is cleaved to separate the processed target cell from the magnetic particle; the target cell separated from the magnetic particle is attached to a substrate. The magnetic particle may include an iron oxide, and the surface modifier may include a glucosamine. The particle and modifier may be linked by a linker comprising a protease recognition site and a peptide bond. The linker links the surface modifier to the particle, and cleavage of the peptide bond is catalyzed by a specific protease that recognizes the protease recognition site.

    Abstract: The subject invention concerns an elongate tool comprising a diamagnetically stabilized levitation device. The levitation device comprising a lifting permanent magnet which attracts a levitating permanent magnet upward. A user achieves magnetic levitation by turning the lifting-magnet-height-adjuster clockwise or counterclockwise. The levitating permanent magnet is kept vertically stable between two diamagnetic objects. The invention is useful as a tool and it is also amusing and educational.
