    Abstract: The present invention offers a low cost, reliable, on chip implementation that provides driving voltages to VCSEL devices. One feature of the invention is the buffer circuit that adjusts the buffered driving voltage using feedback from the output circuit. The present invention therefore may be used in a varying number of VCSEL circuits that require different voltage levels and headrooms for proper operation.
