  • Publication number: 20230177425
Abstract: A system configured to optimize resource allocation efficiency obtains a task. The system identifies a set of task features associated with the task, where the task features include a description, requirements, time criticality level, resource needs with respect to the task. The system identifies one or more entities impacted by the task. The system notifies the one or more entities to update the task features. The system receives the updated task features. The system determines a performance level associated with the task based on the updated task features. The system determines a priority level for performing the task based on the performance level and the updated task features such that a predefined rule is met. The predefined rule is defined to optimize at least one of task completion time, task result quality, and resource allocation efficiency.

  • Patent number: 10429384
Abstract: The invention provides methods and compositions for selectively promoting anti-metabolic disorder activity over classical PPAR gamma activation through modulation of PPAR gamma phosphorylation (e.g., Ser-273 phosphorylation of murine peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma (PPAR gamma) 2 or a corresponding serine residue in a murine PPAR gamma 2 homolog, including a human). Also provided are methods for preventing, treating, or predictiving responsiveness of therapies for metabolic disorders in a subject through selective inhibition of such PPAR gamma phosphorylation. Further provided are methods for identifying compounds that are capable of modulating such PPAR gamma phosphorylation.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 20, 2011
Date of Patent: October 1, 2019
    Assignee: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Inc.
Inventors: Bruce M. Spiegelman, Jang Hyun Choi, Shingo Kajimura, Alexander Banks

  • Patent number: 4170664
Abstract: A process for the production of cross-linked resilient automotive body components having a cured surface coating from a thermoplastic elastomeric composition substantially free from added vulcanizing or free-radical inducing agents comprises: Fabricating an uncured component from said composition; applying to the component a radiation-curable surface coating; and simultaneously curing the surface coating and cross-linking the composition comprising the fabricated component by exposing the coated component to high-energy ionizing radiation.
