The body portion defines a first inlet opening and a second inlet opening. The door is pivotable between a first position in which ambient air is able to flow through the second inlet opening and air within an occupant cabin is restricted from flowing through the first inlet opening, and a second position in which ambient air is restricted from flowing through the second inlet opening and air within the occupant cabin is able to flow through the first inlet opening. A distance from an outward most location where the door and the lip portion contact each other to an edge of the lip portion that is further outwardly of the outward most location is between 0.1 millimeters and 5 millimeters.
