Abstract: The present invention relates to a system, device and a method for communicating medical information using a mobile telephone with a digital camera. A technical solution for safe, secure, convenient and rapid diagnostic service in Tele-Medicine has been developed. The invention uses digital images as a medium for diagnostics in health care transmitted by a mobile telephone using Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS). The invention relates particularly to the fields of medicine, where a health worker can from an image give a diagnosis, treatment recommendations, recommendation for further analysis, triage or if the patient needs to see a health worker face to face.
