The server receives the request from the first user, where the request includes request values for request fields. The server selects the second user to respond to the request received from the first user. The server automatically selects one of the response templates for generating the response to the request. The selected one of the response templates is determined to be the response template that most closely matches the request received from the first user. The server automatically generates the response using the selected response template including populating one or more placeholder values with information extracted from the request received from the first user. The server transmits the generated response to the first user.
