    Abstract: A high utility disk toy for use in a multitude of indoor and outdoor games, comprising of a disk hull with a concave/convex surface with a central crown and dome and a peripheral horizontal rim wing flight stabilizer that extends outwardly from the base of the disk hull. In one embodiment of the invention the toy is molded or formed so that the three major parts, the disk hull, central crown and dome and the rim wing flight stabilizer are of a single piece construction with the same lightweight material. In an alternative embodiment of the invention the three major parts are made separately of the same or different materials in various shapes, sizes and colors. Said parts are then assembled by the users, to achieve desired results or to study and observe the effect of a part change on the spin or flight characteristics of a given unit.
