Abstract: Described are systems and methods directed to a multi-channel communication system that enables real-time or near real-time communication between two or more individuals, such as a patient and a clinician in which at least one of the individuals uses one device for audio/video communication and another device for exchange of data, such as annotated images. For example, a patient may utilize a patient device to communicate with a clinician via a first clinician device. In addition to the first clinician device, the clinician may also use a second clinician device to annotate and share visual data, such as templates or patient images, with the patient, without disrupting the audio/video communication between the patient device and the first clinician device.

Abstract: Techniques for hybrid videoconferencing are described. A method of hybrid videoconferencing may comprise receiving, by a call routing service, a request to initiate a call with a provider from a user device, providing, by the call routing service, first endpoint data associated with a first connection between the user device and an agent device associated with the provider, establishing the first connection between the agent device and the user device via the call routing service, providing, by the call routing service, second endpoint data associated with a second connection between the user device and the agent device, and establishing, by a peer-to-peer (P2P) contact service, the second connection between the agent device and the user device.

Abstract: A dispenser for dispensing a flowable material has a container having a side wall and further having a closed end and an open end. A membrane defines a chamber within the container between the membrane and the closed end of the container. The membrane has a weld seam rupturable upon the application of a force to a side wall of the container proximate the membrane. A swab assembly is operably connected to the open end of the container such that the swab assembly is in flow communication with the open end.

Abstract: A dispenser (10) for dispensing a mixture (6) of a first flowable material (4) and a second flowable material (5) has a container (12) having a first chamber (20) and a second chamber (30). The first chamber (20) is adapted to contain the first material (4) and the second chamber (30) is adapted to contain the second material (5). The dispenser (10) further comprises a first membrane (50a) separating the first and second chambers (20,30), and a second membrane (50b) connected to the container (12) proximate the second chamber (30). Pressure applied to the first membrane (50a) fractures the first membrane (50a) wherein the first flowable material (4) and the second flowable material (5) mix to form a mixture (6). Pressure applied to the second membrane (50b) fractures the second membrane (50b) to dispense the mixture (6).

The dispenser (10) comprises a first rupturable container (20) containing the flowable material, and a second container (40) having an applicator (80). The first container (20) is housed within the second container (40). The flowable material is adapted to be dispensed from the second container (40) by the applicator (80).
