The synthetic mRNA is lipid-solubilized in a lipid or lipid derivative carrier. Intraoperatively, a bone harvest sample is obtained and incubated with the lipid-solubilized mRNA. The bone harvest sample internalizes at least a portion of the lipid-solubilized mRNA, thereby forming activated BMP and/or BMPR material. The activated BMP and/or BMPR material may be delivered intraoperatively to a bone fusion bed.

Abstract: A technique facilitates release of pressure from a well, and/or surface treating lines, via a bleed-off mechanism. The bleed-off mechanism is in fluid communication with a flow path extending from a wellhead valve or wellbore and designed for connection with a vacuum truck. The bleed-off mechanism can be opened to enable venting of trapped pressure from the wellbore and/or flow path. The bleed-off mechanism is also designed to contain any liquid that escapes during release of the trapped pressure. Once the pressure is relieved, the vacuum truck can be used to clean out fluid from the wellbore and/or surface treating lines without exposure to excess pressure.

The method reduces the boot time for a computer by placing the computer in a suspend to memory mode rather than completely shutting off the computer. In this manner, when a user of the computer pushes the power button, the computer wakes up from the suspend to memory mode instead of being required to perform the entire boot process. This significantly reduces the time required to make the computer available to the user, allowing the computer to function like an appliance.

Abstract: A customer profile access protocol with flexible access control capabilities is provided. The protocol facilitates secure and privacy enabled access to user profile data. The user profile data may be accessed by clients, such as other users, service providers and system administrators. The user profile data may be used by service providers and system administrators. The user profile data may be used by service providers to customize services provided to users. Permissions that control profile access may be established under user control. The user may specify different permissions for different grains of information within the user profile. For example, a first set of permissions may be associated with the entire user profile whereas a second set of permissions may be associated with a particular field in the user profile. Clients may be grouped such that permissions may be associated with a single group or combinations of groups specified by algebraic set operators.
