Abstract: A data structure optimization system for implementing desired asset allocation using a network flow algorithm. More specifically, a computer-implemented system that enables an individual to take preferences and constraints for a financial portfolio and accomplish allocation-driven, tax minimizing, and rule abiding trading efficiently and with precision. The system collects information about an individual's assets and the individual's preferred asset allocation and determines trades that, when made, will change the current asset allocation to more closely match the desired asset allocation. This information can then be exported to an external trading platform in the market.
