Patent number: 11964821Abstract: Apparatus comprising a process belt includes a woven rectangular planar structure with opposed longitudinal ends that are joined together to form an endless belt. The exemplary woven planar structure includes metal and glass warp fibers that extend in the longitudinal direction, and metal and/or glass weft fibers which extend transversely of the warp fibers. The diameter of the glass warp fibers is substantially greater than the diameter of the metal warp fibers which causes the outer surfaces of the glass fibers to extend outwardly of the metal warp fibers on the outer surface. This configuration causes items engaged with the outer surface to be operatively engaged with only the glass warp fibers. In exemplary arrangements a coating comprised of fluoropolymer extends on the fiber surfaces which comprise the entire outer surface of the planar structure and the belt.Type: GrantFiled: March 12, 2021Date of Patent: April 23, 2024Assignee: GKD - Gebr. Publication number: 20090121475Abstract: A delivery pipe for transporting solid material has a tubular body provided with a coupling collar on each end. The coupling collar includes a free space on its inner circumferential surface at the end distal to the end face. A sealing body is arranged in the free space. The invention also relates to a method for securing a coupling collar to an end of the tubular body of a delivery pipe by adhesion. The method is characterized in that a sealing body is arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the tubular body, and an adhesive is applied upon the outer circumferential surface between the sealing body and an end face. The coupling collar or the tubular body is then caused to rotate about the longitudinal pipe axis, and the coupling collar is pushed over the end of the tubular body, or vice versa. The sealing body is finally pushed into a free space of the coupling collar.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 18, 2005Publication date: May 14, 2009Applicant: ESSER-WERKE KGInventor: Alexander Esser

Publication number: 20090115186Abstract: A delivery pipe (1) for the transport of solid material includes a tubular body (2) comprised of an inner pipe (3) and an outer pipe (4). A coupling collar (7) is fixed to the outer surface (8) of the outer pipe (4) by adhesion at each pipe end (5, 6) of the tubular body (2). The coupling collar (7) includes a radially inwardly oriented circumferential shoulder (12) on its terminal end (11), with the inner diameter (Dki) of the collar sized smaller than the outer diameter (Dra) of the tubular body (2). This enables a stable adhesive securement of the coupling collar (7) to a pipe end (5, 6). At its collar end (17) distal to its terminal end (11), the coupling collar (7) has a circumferential slanted surface (18) which expands from its inner circumferential area to the outside, with a slanted surface formed underneath for accumulation of an adhesive bead (20).Type: ApplicationFiled: October 18, 2005Publication date: May 7, 2009Applicant: ESSER-WERKE KGInventor: Alexander Esser
