  • Publication number: 20200246089
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for guiding a medical flexible shaft, in particular an endoscope shaft, to a body into which the shaft is to be inserted. The device includes a length-variable bridging device and a shaft receptacle connected to the bridging device for fixing the shaft to the bridging device. The bridging device prevents a vibration of the shaft at least at the bodily insertion orifice. The invention also relates to a medical endoscopy system comprising such a device. In addition, the invention relates to a medical endoscopy robot system including an endoscopy system of this kind. Lastly, the invention relates to a method for guiding a medical flexible shaft, in particular an endoscope shaft, to a receiving body. In accordance with the method the shaft tip is moved forwards and/or backwards to the receiving body.

  • Patent number: 9364203
Abstract: The invention relates to a minimally invasive instrument comprising an enlargeable sensor head with a flat sensor element that has resilient properties. In order to enable an improved minimally invasive instrument, the sensor element comprises a film element with a first layer and with a second layer distanced from the first layer by means of spacers, wherein the sensor element comprises, arranged between the layers of the film element, expansion-sensitive, polymer-based resistance elements for picking up tactile stimuli.

  • Patent number: 5273581
Abstract: Calcium sulfate alpha hemihydrate and foundry sand are milled to cement fineness and form a hydraulic binder, as a mixture with both high early setting strength and excellent water resistance. The composition relies upon a sulfate activation of the foundry sand rather than an alkali activation thereof.
