    Abstract: A device for supporting at least one arm of a user includes one or more arm support elements each of which has an arm shell for placing the at least one arm of the user on the arm shell. Force is applied to the arm support elements by at least one passive actuator. A counter bearing for the applied force includes a force transmission element and a counter bearing element. A force application lever is engaged by the one passive actuator and is connected to the arm support or the force transmission element. The force application lever is torque proof and confines an angle which is adjustable.
