  • Patent number: 11894838
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for controlling a plurality of semiconductor circuit breakers by means of driver voltages for the synchronous operation of a plurality of loads in the high-voltage range, where the driver voltages can be provided by a transformer. According to the invention, the driver voltages for the semiconductor circuit breakers are tapped from a single secondary winding of the transformer, where electronic voltage level converter circuits are provided to obtain the driver voltages from the secondary winding of the transformer at the required magnitude.

  • Patent number: 11758620
Abstract: An arrangement, comprising a heat-emitting resistor, a control device for switching the resistor and a component that is at a potential without direct reference to a drive voltage. The resistor is arranged in spatial proximity to the component, and has a first and a second partial resistor connected in series. The control device includes at least one switching device for switching the heat-emitting resistor. The first partial resistor, the switching device and the second partial resistor are connected in series in the stated order and form a series connection. The first partial resistor and the component form a first partial capacitance and the second resistor and the component form a second partial capacitance. The partial capacitances are formed in such a way that upon the switching of the resistor a current flowing in the first partial capacitance is at least partly taken up by the second partial capacitance, or vice versa.

  • Patent number: 11665782
Abstract: An assembly, comprising a heat-dissipating first resistor, control device for controlling the first resistor, as well as a grounded component, which lies on a potential without direct relation to a control voltage. The first resistor is arranged in spatial vicinity of the grounded component and comprising a first and a second connection. The control device comprises a first switching device and a second switching device. The first switching device, first resistor and second switching device form a series connection. A compensation device is configured such that in the On-state of the first resistor a voltage is applied between the first and second connection, wherein the resistor in the off-state is held on an in-between potential that lies between the first and the second potential and/or the control device is configured to trigger the first resistor in a pulse width modulated fashion, such that the first as well as the second switching device are switched synchronously.

  • Publication number: 20210318026
Abstract: A heating device for a vehicle includes a heat exchanger and an electronic control unit controlling operating states of the heating device. The electronic control unit has at least one electrical connection contact on a printed circuit board. At least one connecting cable is electrically conductively connected to the at least one electrical connecting contact and runs at least in sections parallel to a surface of the printed circuit board within the heating device. A metal sheet is arranged between the at least one connecting cable and the printed circuit board.
