Abstract: A computer system, including a computing module, a communication module, and at least one I/O interface is described. The computing module includes a COM Express module and/or a COM HPC module. The communication module includes a SMARC module and/or a Qseven module. The communication module has an FPGA module which is connected in a signal-transmitting manner to the computing module and to the at least one I/O interface. The FPGA module is configured to communicate with the computing module based on at least one first communication standard, and to communicate with the at least one I/O interface based on at least one second communication standard. The FPGA module is configured to convert signals from the least one first communication standard to the at least one second communication standard and vice versa. The computing module is configured as a host, and the communication module is configured as a client. A method of operating a computer system is furthermore described.

Abstract: It has been established that exposure to cytotoxic doses of HSP90 inhibitor is broadly immunosuppressive, whereas continuous exposure to low-dosages of the same inhibitor exerts anti-tumor activity. The anti-tumor activity is mediated by the host immune system. Compositions and methods for continuous, low-dose exposure to HSP90 inhibitors in combination with one or more immunostimulatory agents for the treatment of cancer are described. Typically, the HSP90 inhibitor is administered in an amount that is between 1% and 20% of the clinically-determined maximum tolerate dose. The immunostimulatory agent can be administered simultaneously with the HSP90 inhibitor, or at some time before or after the HSP90 inhibitor. Compositions including a sub-toxic dose of HSP90 inhibitor in combination with an immunostimulatory agent in an amount effective to treat cancer are also provided.

Abstract: In an example, high-dimensional data is projected to a multi-dimensional space to differentiate clusters of the high-dimensional data. A user selection of at least two of the clusters may be received and a plurality of dissimilar dimensions may be extracted from the at least two clusters. In addition, a user selected of a dissimilar dimension from the plurality of extracted dissimilar dimensions may be received. In response to receipt of the user selection of the dissimilar dimension from the plurality of dissimilar dimensions, a plurality of correlated dimensions to the dissimilar dimension may be determined. In addition, the plurality of dissimilar dimensions and the plurality of correlated dimensions may be displayed.
