Abstract: A system and method provide real-time, optimal and actionable solutions for resource utilization, operations change management, and disruption recovery in complex business environments. An object-defined optimization system and method employs an optimizing engine to provides faster, more cost effective and adaptable ways to multiple, different company, market, and industry applications. Objects are acted upon by the engine and include states and rules to allow the identification of feasible solutions and optimal feasible solutions in near real-time.
